The Assumption Catholic School is a private company categorized under elementary and secondary schools. It was built in 1923 on 5 acres obtained by John Limmer.[1] When it was first built there were some overcrowding issues in the 1950’s. There were only 10 rooms to hold 470 students.[2] In 1971, the Assumption Catholic Schools discontinued 7th and 8th grade. They remodeled in 2008.[3] The Assumption staff usually has nice teachers, however the rules are sometimes too strict for certain students.[4]
