Senor Patron is a family owned and operated Mexican restaurant located at 900 West 41st Street (Irongate Mall) in Hibbing, MN.[1] It originally opened in June 2009. As customers enter, they are greeted with custom booths and chairs that are imported from Mexico. They also feature homemade and imported decorations throughout the building. The first owners sold it to Juan Benales in December 2010. Juan had altered the menu a little by adding some new things, and changing the names of some other dishes.[2] The new menu also features fajitas which are a meat choice grilled together with vegetables and is served on a sizzling plate with a side of tortillas. They are also known for their Hibbing Special, which consists of chicken, steak, shrimp and Mexican sausage. [3]
